FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about ordering, pickup, and caring for your bread.
How do I order?
Browse the weekly menu on the Shop page, add your bakes, and submit your reservation. Orders are first come, first served — when the week's quantities sell out, that's it until the next bake.
When is pickup?
Pickup is on Saturday mornings. Once your pre-order is confirmed, we'll email you the pickup window and location details.
What's the ordering cutoff?
Orders placed by Thursday evening go into that weekend's bake. Anything after the cutoff is queued for the following week.
How do I pay?
You pay at pickup — no payment is needed when you reserve. Cash and digital payment apps both work; we'll confirm the details in your confirmation email.
How should I store my bread?
Keep the loaf cut-side down on a counter, in a bread bag or wrapped in a clean towel. Never refrigerate — it dries the crumb faster. To keep a loaf longer, slice it and freeze the halves; toast straight from frozen.
Do you take custom or large orders?
Yes! For gatherings, gifts, or multiple loaves, reach out through the contact page with what you have in mind and we'll figure it out together.
What about allergens?
Our breads are made in a small home kitchen that also handles dairy, eggs, and nuts. Ingredient lists are included with every item — ask us anything before you order.
The item I want is sold out — now what?
Join the waitlist! Members hear about restocks and new batches first, so you'll know before the general public.
